Recently, the power distribution capacity expansion project undertaken by Zikai Electric for Zhongke Hangxing Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully completed, with the newly added 800kVA box transformer successfully commissioned and powered on in one attempt.
As the production scale of the enterprise expands, the existing power supply capacity has become insufficient to meet the power demand for equipment expansion and the addition of new production lines. Based on the actual power load of the factory area, we have customized a capacity expansion and renovation plan for the box transformer. We have efficiently completed all tasks including box transformer foundation construction, equipment placement, wiring and wiring verification, relay protection setting, voltage withstand test, and overall joint debugging. We strictly adhered to the power construction specifications and safety control standards throughout the process, and successfully passed the acceptance inspection and power transmission.
The commissioning of this capacity expansion has effectively addressed the shortcomings in power supply for enterprises, enhancing power supply redundancy and reliability, and providing sufficient power support for the enterprises' subsequent research and development, production, and capacity expansion.
